Yes! First-time customers get 10% off. We also run a referral program — refer a friend and you both get 15% off (that replaces the first-time discount for your friend, so it's an even better deal for them). We offer discounts for repeat customers too. Contact us at 425-949-2401 or email Owencgt@OwensAutoglow.com to discuss your specific needs and available pricing options.
We accept cash, Venmo, and PayPal. Payment is collected after the detail is complete to your satisfaction.
It depends on the service and how dirty the vehicle is. Basic details on a car that isn't too dirty typically take 1.5 to 2 hours. Medium to larger jobs — especially ones involving clay bar and wax — can take up to 6 hours (paint correction/polishing is quoted and scheduled separately).
The quickest way is to text 425-949-2401 with your preferred date and time. You can also call, email Owencgt@OwensAutoglow.com, or use our online Get a Quote form and we'll reach out to confirm.
We serve Woodinville, Kirkland, Redmond, Bothell, Bellevue, and the greater Puget Sound area. If you're unsure whether we service your location, text or call us at 425-949-2401.
Availability varies. Contact us directly at 425-949-2401 to check weekend availability. We typically operate Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm, but we can accommodate special requests.
Quality: Foam cannon wash, hand dry, vacuum, and a full wipedown — a solid clean at our most affordable price. Advanced: Everything in Quality plus deep vacuuming, door jambs, cup holder/console detailing, a multi-cycle foam wash, and specialized wheel cleaning — our most popular tier. Owen's Way: Everything in Advanced plus steam carpet extraction, a full clay bar treatment, and carnauba wax protection — our most thorough package. Paint correction and ceramic coating are separate add-ons and aren't included in any tier — ask us about combining them with your detail.
Interior details include vacuuming all carpeted surfaces, a dashboard/door/seat wipedown, pressure-washed floor mats, and streak-free glass cleaning. Advanced adds deep vacuuming, instrument cluster & button dusting, door jambs, and drill-brushed cup holders/console (plus an optional vinyl/leather protectant). Owen's Way adds steam carpet extraction, stain removal, and seatbelt & vent steam cleaning.
Exterior details include a foam cannon pre-soak, double-bucket hand wash, and hand dry with chamois — no swirls, no water spots. Advanced adds a multi-cycle foam wash, detail brushing for tough spots, and specialized wheel & brake dust cleaning (with an optional Rain-X windshield and ceramic spray wax). Owen's Way adds a full clay bar treatment and carnauba wax application for a showroom-smooth finish.
Yes! Paint correction is a standalone add-on ($300–$1,200 depending on size and condition) that removes swirl marks, scratches, and oxidation through machine polishing and a 3-stage buff and polish. It's not bundled into any package, but it can be added to any detail — contact us for a quote.
Yes. Small amounts of pet hair are handled at no extra charge as part of a normal detail. Heavier pet hair takes significantly longer to remove properly, so larger amounts may add to the cost — let us know when you book so we can quote it accurately. For odors, we also run an ozone machine, which can work very well depending on the source and severity of the smell. Text or call 425-949-2401 to discuss your specific situation and we'll customize a solution.
No. We use a pressure washer with safe settings and are mindful of your landscaping. We'll rinse away all soap and water, leaving your driveway clean.
We stand behind our work. If you're not happy with any aspect of the detail, let us know immediately and we'll make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority.
You don't have to be home the entire time, but we do ask that someone is present to unlock/secure your vehicle. For security, we recommend staying nearby or at home.
In most cases, yes. We can detail non-running vehicles. If there are concerns about safety or accessibility, we'll discuss options when you book or before the appointment.
For most people, a detail every 3–6 months keeps your car looking great. If you drive frequently or live in harsh weather (rain, salt), consider more frequent detailing. Maintenance details help preserve your paint and interior.
